This year take the time to connect with yourself. When making resolutions, try to select goals that are not only achievable, but also improve the quality of your life. If nothing else, try to ensure self care is on the menu for you. As schedules get back into swing, be sure to set aside part of your day, or week, to touch base with yourself. Taking care of yourself, both physically and mentally, is not selfish. You cannot pour from an empty cup and investing in yourself will only enhance the relationships you have with your family and friends.
