One of the most important aspects of parenthood is personal growth, allowing ourselves to evolve into the parents we want to become. Through experience and knowledge, we are given the opportunity to change and prosper, both physically and mentally. The classes we host are taught on location in a safe and inclusive environment. Each seminar is designed with our clients in mind and we are actively changing and expanding our class list in order to include the most relevant and wanted information.

Here is what we are currently offering:

Prenatal Yoga

Come relax, stretch and connect as you are walked through 75 minutes of prenatal yoga. This class is focused on deepening the connection between mind and body while subtly preparing the body for childbirth. Our instructor is the amazing Michelle Nyholt who deals with many areas of the body and birth, including HypnoBabies.

Wednesday Evenings: 5:30 - 6:45
$75 - 6 Class Punch Card
$15 Drop-In Fee

Mama & Baby Yoga

As new moms, we often forget (or just don’t have time!) to take care of ourselves. This class will provide us with a much needed opportunity to celebrate, nurture, and strengthen our bodies, quiet our minds, and connect with our breath. Instructor Rebecca McLean will incorporate your little one throughout the practice, creating a beautiful, relaxing experience for both mother and babe. This is an incredible chance for new moms and babies to bond in a peaceful, calm, and supportive environment during the early postpartum period. This class is ideal for mothers beginning with yoga and ones who practice regularly and babies who are in the tummy-time stage of infancy.
